Welcome back Eastgate, as you all settle back in we’re excited to announce the launch of the brand-new Eastgate Intranet, an internal platform designed to bring our departments, resources, and information all together in one place brand new for 2026.
Our new intranet has been developed and designed to support the way we work, making it easier to stay informed, access important documents, and connect with colleagues across all of our departments.
This platform will help everyone stay up to date on what’s happening across Eastgate, from news, updates, project highlights, internal achievements to the latest internal events.
One of the biggest problems we have seen recently is document access, that’s why you can now easily download essential forms and resources, including:
- Expense forms
- Annual Leave forms
- IMS documents
There is now no excuse to not know what Eastgate’s values are, we have designed a whole section reinforcing who we are, what we stand for, and how we aim to grow together as a team.
All available job vacancies are displayed on the platform, with direct links to the website advertisements so if you know someone who could be a perfect work colleague, feel free to reach out to them.
Culture is something we highly value at Eastgate and there is now an Internal Events Calendar, which contains plenty of key dates and events taking place across the company throughout the year! Have an idea or want to lead on the next fundraising event, get in touch.
Our new intranet hub is a central space that will enable us to support our work, culture, and communication more closely. It is ultimate aim is to help streamline daily tasks, improve transparency, and make it easier for all of us to feel connected.
