Health & Safety
Ensuring the health and safety of our employees, our customers and the public is a core value of EASTGATE ENGINEERING. This goes beyond the minimum standard of complying with legislation and includes complying with other H&S requirements to which we subscribe. We are relentless in our approach to preventing accidents as we believe that every incident, and therefore every occupational injury and illness, is preventable. Around the world, our trained personnel work to ensure the safety of themselves, their co-workers, the customer and the public.
Our workforce are our greatest asset so, in order to meet our suitably-exacting health and safety standards, the Safety Management System we employ, based upon the requirements of ISO 45001, is continuously reviewed and updated appropriately to the needs of our employees and stakeholders.

We operate in an industry that has a significant impact on the world around us, so it is essential we do our best to maintain an environmental responsibility, both corporately and individually, and to consult and develop acceptable sustainability practices.
EASTGATE ENGINEERING implements an Environmental Management System that promotes the protection of our only worldly home for our generation and our children’s generations to come. We continuously seek ways to improve our energy efficiency, pollution, water usage reduction, waste disposal and carbon emissions across all locations and we promote a lean approach to managing and executing our projects in conjunction with our clients and stakeholders
Our Environment Management System, based upon the requirements of ISO 14001, ensures we meet regulatory, contract and social obligations regarding our potential environmental impact. Environmental Management on each project is through the development of Environmental Plans, pollution prevention measures and Regular on-site inspections and audits.
Quality
EASTGATE ENGINEERING operates under an Integrated Management System (IMS) that has been developed to consolidate our standard operating systems and procedures so as to manage and control every departmental function across the company in all locations. Our IMS has been designed, developed and implemented in line with the International Standard ISO 9001
All of our key processes, from Tendering to Award of Contract, Design Management, Environmental, Health & Safety, Commercial Management, Project Execution, Handover and Maintenance, fall within the Management System parameters.
It is essential and expected that we constantly review our systems, processes and performances so our business remains dynamic and innovative.
