Matthew joins Eastgate as Head of HR with extensive experience across a diverse range of industries, including mining, chemicals production, engineering, and the public sector. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong track record in people leadership, organisational development, and building high-performing teams, bringing a balanced approach that combines strategic insight with practical delivery.
Based in the North East and educated at the University of the West of England, Matthew has built his career across a variety of complex and fast-paced environments, equipping him with the expertise to support both employees and leadership teams effectively as organisations evolve and grow.
