James joined Eastgate in 2022 as a Project Manager and quickly established himself as a dependable leader with a strong focus on delivery and collaboration. Earlier this year, he stepped into the role of Senior Project Manager, where he played a key part in guiding projects and supporting our teams to deliver the high standards our clients expect.
His promotion to Operations Manager highlights not only the results he has achieved but also the way he has approached his work, with integrity, commitment, and a focus on continuous improvement. In this new role, James will oversee day-to-day operations across the business, ensuring Eastgate remain efficient, client-focused, and well-positioned for sustainable growth.
