Rescue drills are taken seriously on-site and are part of regular safety training at Eastgate. Drills include simulating a serious injury or a potential cardiac event, demonstrating first-aid knowledge, clear role allocation and effective casualty reassurance. First-aid refresher sessions are arranged on both day and night shifts to keep skills up to date throughout the team.
